I believe this personalized approach not only strengthens our relationship but also leads to better healthcare outcomes for your family. My aim has always been to provide holistic/functional care, help you save time, and avoid unnecessary medical expenses, whether from extra office visits or emergency room trips.

To continue offering this unparalleled level of service, I'm introducing a concierge-style, membership-based program. This allows me to limit the number of families under my care and to ensure every family participating has immediate access to their healthcare provider, all while bypassing the complexities of insurance companies for consultations and quick treatment. This model empowers me to maintain strong, trust-based relationships that are so vital to effective healthcare.

Unlocking Comprehensive Care and Savings for Your Family

I'm thrilled to introduce a comprehensive Family Care Subscription Program designed to provide continuous care and significant long-term savings. For a flat monthly fee of $50 per household subscription will include:

• Access to Care and Advice: You'll have direct access to me for consultations, questions, guidance, ordering and reviewing lab work, and treatment of urgent needs.   
• Negates the Cost of Urgent Care Visits: Many common illnesses and injuries that might typically send you to an urgent care clinic can now be managed directly with my guidance, eliminating those out-of-pocket urgent care fees. This means fewer co-pays and deductibles!
• No Urgent Care $75/Per Call Fee: Those who opt in to the monthly subscription will have unlimited access for their entire family for less than the cost of one urgent care call.

Those who are not part of the monthly subscription program will be required to schedule an urgent care or follow-up visit, after becoming an established patient, for questions or concerns.

By utilizing this program, families will save money in the long run by avoiding unnecessary and often costly urgent care visits. My proactive approach, coupled with your direct access to care, will help you make informed decisions about your family's health, often preventing the need for more expensive interventions.
